If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing karyn@shiftinganduplifting.com or calling 720‑260‑3202. With 24+ hours’ notice, I’m happy to reschedule your appointment to the next available time.

 

First‑session guarantee for the 12‑Session Journey: After your first session, if it doesn’t feel like the right fit, email me within 24 hours of that session and I’ll refund your program payment in full. After that 24‑hour window, all payments are nonrefundable.

 

Ongoing sessions: If a session is canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss the session, the fee is nonrefundable and no credit is issued. In the event of a true emergency, reach out; while refunds aren’t offered inside the 24‑hour window, I’ll listen and, when possible, work with you on a practical path forward.

 

Day circles and group offerings: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice by email or phone. With 24+ hours’ notice, your payment can be transferred one time to a future circle of your choice, subject to availability. Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, payments are nonrefundable and not transferable. If you choose not to attend future circles, the standard policy still applies.

 

Packages and intensives: Unless otherwise stated in program materials, payments for multi‑session packages, groups, and intensives are nonrefundable once the program begins.
