Cancellation Policy
At Waves of the Soul, we understand that schedules can change. To accommodate this, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing karyn@wavesofthesoul.com or calling 720-260-3202. We will be happy to assist you in adjusting your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds or credits. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and remain fair to all clients. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
