Cancellation Policy
At Waves of the Soul, we understand that schedules can change. To accommodate this, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. We will be happy to assist you in adjusting your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.
