Individual Coaching Welcome to your rewrite. I’m your personal story editor—compassionate truth, zero fluff, and just enough laughter to keep courage flowing. If you’ve been living in a loop, we’ll cool the spin, shift the story, and choose one clean decision each week. You choose the truth that empowers your life. The Full Rewrite — 12‑Session Journey Across twelve conversations, we’ll look at the story you’re living, spot the stuck scenes, and loosen them with clarity and kindness. Bring whatever’s on the table—a tough moment at work, a wobble in a relationship, or the swirl in your own head—and we’ll work it right here. You’ll get straight talk with genuine care, simple practices between sessions, and light notes so progress builds. Book your spot, complete a brief intake, and we’ll set your first session within seven days. Exchange: $1,800 for 12 weekly 60‑minute sessions; refund available after the first if it’s not a fit. Pay in full, two‑pay at $950, or three‑pay at $650. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes within 24 hours are considered late and the session is forfeited and counted as used. The Single Scene — 6‑Session Sprint One clear focus, one practice, one outcome. If you know the scene that keeps rerunning, we’ll rewrite it fast and build momentum. Book your spot, complete a brief intake, and we’ll schedule within seven days. Exchange: $1,050 for six weekly 60‑minute sessions. No payment plans. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes within 24 hours are considered late and the session is forfeited and counted as used. The Cut‑to‑Clarity — 1‑Session Breakthrough Need a steady place to land what’s happening now? In a focused 75 minutes, we’ll name what’s true, set a fair meaning, and lock a 48‑hour action you can live by. Understand it. Shift it. Uplift it. Cancellation Policy
I honor your time and mine, and I keep scheduling flexible and respectful. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing karyn@shiftinganduplifting.com or calling 720‑260‑3202. With 24+ hours’ notice, I’m happy to reschedule your appointment to the next available time. First‑session guarantee for the 12‑Session Journey: After your first session, if it doesn’t feel like the right fit, email me within 24 hours of that session and I’ll refund your program payment in full. After that 24‑hour window, all payments are nonrefundable. Ongoing sessions: If a session is canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss the session, the fee is nonrefundable and no credit is issued. In the event of a true emergency, reach out; while refunds aren’t offered inside the 24‑hour window, I’ll listen and, when possible, work with you on a practical path forward. Day circles and group offerings: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice by email or phone. With 24+ hours’ notice, your payment can be transferred one time to a future circle of your choice, subject to availability. Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, payments are nonrefundable and not transferable. If you choose not to attend future circles, the standard policy still applies. Packages and intensives: Unless otherwise stated in program materials, payments for multi‑session packages, groups, and intensives are nonrefundable once the program begins. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
